Jorge has substantial experience in high profile cases which require developing integrated legal, governmental and public relations strategies to resolve crisis and achieve client´s goals.
Prior to founding Salcedo Attorneys at Law P.A., he was a member of one the largest multinational law firms in the State of Florida. He has represented fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, family offices and high net-worth individuals in a broad array of business transactions.
Jorge has successfully represented one of the largest multinationals in the mass consumption industry in their expansions throughout the State of Florida. He has acted as lead counsel in multimillionaire acquisitions of manufacturing plants, oil companies, financial institutions, broker dealers, real estate funds, master franchisors, and shopping centers.
Jorge has also designed corporate structures for the organization of US subsidiaries and branches of several international corporations in a variety of industries, including but not limited to food and beverages, oil and energy, banking, resorts and hospitality, money services, aviation and international courier. As part of the corporate planning, he designed structures that provide immigration benefits without leaving aside the corporate and tax implications of doing business in the United States.

Fabio regularly advises U.S., European and Latin American companies and individuals on corporate matters, including financing, mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions typically connected with the operation of transnational business ventures.
His focus includes counseling investors in buying, financing, leasing and selling residential and commercial real estate in Florida. He has also significant experience in purchase, sale, lease and financing transactions of aircrafts and yachts.
Previously, Fabio worked at an international law firm where he counseled foreign investors on corporate matters and U.S. immigration law. Formerly, he worked at a litigation firm specializing in sports and entertainment.
Fabio completed the LLM program in Taxation at the University of Miami. He holds a juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law, and a law degree with highest honors from the Roma Tre University School of Law, in Rome, Italy. He is a graduate of the Italian Navy Military School “F. Morosini” in Venice, Italy.

His past experience includes providing strategic and practical tax solutions and consulting advise to families and corporate clients in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Salcedo Attorneys at Law P.A., he was a local partner (years 2010-2017) of the Venezuelan office of a top large multinational law firm. After, he worked for a short period in the International Services Group of the Houston office of a leading (big four) accounting firm with worldwide operations.
He has received significant recognition among his peers on his Venezuelan and international tax skills (Chambers Latin America – Tax Venezuela 2011-2018 and the International Who´s Who of Corporate Tax 2011-2017). In addition, he has served as professor of various courses on taxation in several academic institutions in Venezuela, including the Universidad Católica Andres Bello (2009-2014), the Universidad Metropolitana (2005) and the Professional Development Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Capital District and State of Miranda (2005-2006).

Her primary focus is on M&A, cross-border transactions and international (Venezuelan) corporate advising.
Prior to joining Salcedo Attorneys at Law P.A., she was the corporate in-house counsel of Empresas Polar (largest non-government owned Venezuelan consumer good group of companies), where she was responsible for all corporate and IP legal matters, both domestically and internationally, reporting directly to the General Counsel of Empresas Polar.
Before joining Empresas Polar, Patricia was a partner at D’Empaire Reyna Abogados (Venezuelan Law Firm of the Year 2009, 2010, 2014, 2015 and 2016 according to Chambers Latin America). At D’Empaire, she counseled clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including M&A, corporate finance and general corporate advisory work typically connected with the operation of foreign and local companies in Venezuela. She participated in most of the significant acquisitions taking place in Venezuela during the 2000′s and late 90′s.

This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts and lease agreements; processing, closing, post-closing and overseeing the proper disbursement to all real estate transactions; preparation of various pertinent documents such as loan documents, conveyance documents, settlement statements, and title policies; preparing various IRS forms in connection with our client’s disposition of real property.
She also assists the firm’s attorneys with corporate matters in drafting and reviewing asset purchase and sale agreements, gathering and reviewing due diligence materials, research of the business assets and preparation of all closing documents.
